The Future Minority Leaders of Chicago will play a crucial role in the success of our members by providing professional growth through workshops and leadership clinics. Our goal is to provide members with the resources and networks required to allow them to become “sought after” candidates when seeking competitive jobs. We also strive to attain quality internships, for each member, in their chosen field.
We differentiate ourselves from other organizations on campus because we bring together all minorities from a wide rang of disciplines. This allows for better networking opportunities.
Our organization enforces strict academic and/or community relation requirements. Each member either attends an accredited college or university while maintaining a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 (on a 4 pt. scale) or higher. Other non-college members have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills within their community.
Benefits for each member include: - Resume writing workshops with HR representatives.
